Amy Bradley is your boot camp coach. Following her education
at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, Amy acquired her Adventure Boot Camp
Trainer Certification and Personal Trainer Certification through
NESTA.
Amy loves the outdoors and enjoys an active lifestyle. After her
recent marriage, she moved to the beautiful Temecula Valley. Amy
looks forward to helping you meet your goals of improving your health
and fitness while enjoying the process.

Dr. John Spencer Ellis
John has built quite a name for himself in the fitness and wellness
industries. He is a fitness expert, exercise therapist, life strategies
coach, and business advisor. He is president of NESTA – the
National Endurance & Sports Trainers Association and the Spencer
Institute. Over 15,000 graduates internationally have been educated
through these two organizations.

Lucho Crisalle, R.D.
After placing third in the 1990 Ironman Bodybuilding Competition,
Lucho decided to shift his career goals to becoming a Registered
Dietitian. He received his bachelor’s degree in food science
and human nutrition and dietetics with a minor in exercise sports
sciences from the University of Florida, Gainesville. He is currently
working towards a Masters degree in exercise and Sports science
in kinesiology at California State University in Long Beach where
he also completed a one-year dietetic internship. Lucho is the president
of Exercise & Nutrition Works. |
