What is the Temecula Adventure Fitness Boot
Camp for Women?
A four-week fitness training program that provides women with variety
and results through fitness instruction, nutritional counseling, and
motivational training. N.E.S.T.A Certified Adventure Boot Camp Trainer
and Certified Personal Trainer, Amy
Bradley provides instruction. Camp starts daily at 5:30 AM and 9:15
AM. Get ready to be motivated and achieve results!
What if I'm not very physically fit?
You’ve come to the right place! Camp consists of women of all
ages and abilities. It is an environment where we encourage and motivate
each other to challenge ourselves, and safety is always the top priority.
What types of exercises are included in the
program?
Exercises you’ll enjoy include: core training, short distance
running (less than one mile), hill lunges, calisthenics, jumping rope,
hiking, obstacle courses, PAR course, push-ups, surprises, and more!
Our technique is known as the Spencer Method™. This is the technique
Adventure Boot Camp Creator, John Spencer Ellis, has developed from
his years of experience.

How often will we meet?
Participants will meet every Monday through Friday for one hour during
the four-week program. All participants will be expected to arrive on
time. Camp starts at 5:30 AM and 9:15 AM.

What do I need to bring?
An exercise mat, water bottle, small hand weights (5-8 lbs.), running
shoes, and a sense of adventure. These items can be purchased at any
local Target, Wal-mart Big 5, Sport Chalet, Sports Mart, or Chick's
for less than $15. You can also order them from our sister
company. You will be given details prior to the start of camp. Call

So, what will I get out boot camp?
Not only will you make dramatic changes to your physical and mental
health, but you will also receive a FREE
Adventure Boot Camp T-shirt. In addition, you will meet other people
who share your desire for a healthier lifestyle. Just think how refreshing
it will feel to start your day with some physical activity and be one
giant step ahead of the rest of the world!
What is the cost (investment in myself)?
Each four-week boot camp has a registration fee of $299. That's twenty
hours of instruction! It averages out to just $14.95 per hour. This
is a great opportunity to work closely with a professional at a fraction
of the typical cost.
Other Options:
You can also choose to come three days per 4 weeks for a discount of
$119. Total cost is just $180.
We are now accepting pre-registration
for the next camp. You will get your pre-camp evaluation by your coach
prior to the start of camp. You will be notified to make an appointment.
