Temecula Adventure Boot Camp for Women is the
hottest new way to get fit in the Temecula Valley. Amy Bradley
is the "Leading Lady" who brought it to us.
In 2003, Bradley graduated from Cal Poly, San
Luis Obispo. She returned home to Orange County and joined Adventure
Boot Camp to stay fit, but ended up discovering her career path.
Throughout her life, Bradley has enjoyed an active lifestyle and
as a "camper" she realized the benefits of exercising
outdoors with the comaradarie and motivation of other women. While
participating in the camp, she learned that the company also has
a mentorship program. Running her own Boot Camp would be the fun,
variety filled job that she was looking for. After much prayer
and consideration, Bradley decided to go through the certification
process provided by NESTA (National Excercise & Sports Trainers
Association).
Bradley obtained both her Adventure Boot Camp
Trainer and Personal Trainer certifications through NESTA including
extensive training in nutritional counseling. With certifications
completed and the business incorporated, Temecula Adventure Boot
Camp for Women opened in January of 2005. Bradley now offers two
classes a day, year round, averaging 10-14 campers per session.
The daily routine varies and the challenging physical fitness
program is tailored to meet the goals and fitness levels of each
of the women. Bradley focuses on lowering body fat percentage
by combining cardio and strength training exercises. "I meet
with each of my clients before and after the session to take their
measurements so that they can see how their bodies change. I love
to see the women excited over the improvement that has taken place."
comments Bradley.
